Plantain Chips / வாழைக்காய் பொரியல்

These plantain chips are lightly flavored with salt and chili powder for a quick snack. This can also be used to add some texture and crunch to rice.

Instead of eating rice with maravalli kilangu poriyal, appalam, or store-bought plantain chips, try making these to switch it up.

For a crunchier chip, slice the plantains into thin pieces. Salt and chili powder are used as seasoning in this recipe, but you can play around with this as you like.
