Noodles

These noodles are great if you want to make a quick meal with a Tamil spice kick. I used tofu curry, but you can use any curry you have available at hand.

Ingredients
  

  • Rice Noodles
  • Tofu Curry any curry could be used
  • 2 Green Chili Peppers (மிளகாய்) Remove seeds to reduce spice
  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • ½ Medium White Onion (வெங்காயம்)
  • ¾ cup Leeks
  • ¼ cup Peas

Instructions
 

  • Grate carrots. Slice onions, green chili peppers, and leeks.
  • Cook onions in a pot that is lightly oiled.
  • Once the onions are translucent, add the veggies and cook for a few minutes. If the peas are frozen, add them a bit after the veggies cook.
  • Once the veggies are cooked, mix in cooked noodles.
  • Mix in tofu curry. Add salt to taste.
