Noodles

These noodles are great if you want to make a quick meal with a Tamil spice kick. I used tofu curry, but you can use any curry you have available at hand.

Noodles
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles
- Tofu Curry any curry could be used
- 2 Green Chili Peppers (மிளகாய்) Remove seeds to reduce spice
- 1 cup Grated Carrot
- ½ Medium White Onion (வெங்காயம்)
- ¾ cup Leeks
- ¼ cup Peas
Instructions
- Grate carrots. Slice onions, green chili peppers, and leeks.
- Cook onions in a pot that is lightly oiled.
- Once the onions are translucent, add the veggies and cook for a few minutes. If the peas are frozen, add them a bit after the veggies cook.
- Once the veggies are cooked, mix in cooked noodles.
- Mix in tofu curry. Add salt to taste.
