Kurakkan Roti / குரக்கன் ரொட்டி

Kurakkan roti is a very simple snack to make with only 5 ingredients needed. Ragi Flour is known for its health benefits; it is high in calcium, fiber, protein, and antioxidants.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour (குரக்கன் மா )
  • cup Water (தண்ணீர்)
  • ¾ cup Grated Coconut (தேங்காய்ப்பூ)
  • cup Sugar (சீனி)
  • ¼ tsp Salt (உப்பு)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, grated coconut, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add water and mix well. Roll the dough into small balls.
  • Flatten the balls into a circular shape. Lightly oil a pan and cook the roti for about 5 minutes on medium flame to cook thoroughly.
