Kurakkan Roti / குரக்கன் ரொட்டி

Kurakkan Roti
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour (குரக்கன் மா )
- ⅔ cup Water (தண்ணீர்)
- ¾ cup Grated Coconut (தேங்காய்ப்பூ)
- ⅓ cup Sugar (சீனி)
- ¼ tsp Salt (உப்பு)
Instructions
- Mix the flour, grated coconut, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water and mix well. Roll the dough into small balls.
- Flatten the balls into a circular shape. Lightly oil a pan and cook the roti for about 5 minutes on medium flame to cook thoroughly.
